The D1350XHT air compressor main unit adopts the Sullivan-Palatek patented profile, with high compression efficiency. The tooth roots and tips of the male and female rotors are specially processed with sealing groove lines, minimizing the leakage of compressed air from the high-pressure chamber to the low-pressure chamber, ensuring sufficient displacement and discharge pressure. The large-diameter rotor is produced in the US factory and imported as original; the thickened casing provides stronger bearing capacity; it is the performance guarantee of the whole machine.

　　The first-stage screw rotor (low-pressure end) of the screw main unit: mainly responsible for generating sufficient air volume as much as possible; (currently most domestic products use domestic parts, while Sullivan-Palatek still retains imported parts); the second-stage screw rotor (high-pressure end): receives the air volume from the first stage and is responsible for secondary pressurization; (currently only imported screws can meet this).
