近日，湘西公共资源交易网公布了里耶八面山环山公路第一期工程中标结果，我们了解到，由龙山县发展和改革局以龙发改投[2020]103号文批准建设，龙发改招[2021]1号文核准为公开招标，施工图设计已由龙山县交通运输局以龙交计基[2020]239号文批准，项目业主为龙山县里耶古城旅游投资经营有限责任公司，建设资金来自县级自筹，招标人为龙山县里耶古城旅游投资经营有限责任公司。项目已具备招标条件，招标人现对该项目的A1标段施工进行公开招标，招标代理机构为天鉴国际工程管理有限公司。
据了解，本项目第一中标候选人为邵阳公路桥梁建设有限责任公司，中标金额：2999.6515万元，线路总长度13.452km（含支线0.678km），计划总工期计划总工期365日历天，路面行车道宽4.5米，双向两车道。
