It is understood that to ensure the smooth achievement of project milestone targets before the 2021 flood season, construction workers at the Shuangxikou Reservoir project in Lin'an District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, celebrated the Spring Festival on site, stayed at the front line without stopping work, and actively advanced water conservancy project construction.

　　As a key project in Zhejiang Province, Shuangxikou Reservoir is a major livelihood water conservancy project in Lin'an, with a total storage capacity of 29.15 million cubic meters. It is a key livelihood water conservancy project focused on flood control and water supply, while also accommodating irrigation, power generation, and improvement of the water environment. As of now, concrete pouring has begun for the main dam body, and the project has fully entered the main construction stage. The total construction period of the water conservancy project is 42 months, and the project is scheduled to be completed and impounded in March 2023.
