Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Transportation organized a review meeting in Lin'an District on the Feasibility Study Report for the Reconstruction Project of the Linglong to Yuqian Section of National Highway 329 in Lin'an. The reconstruction project has a total length of about 26.3 kilometers and is planned to be built to the standard of a two-way, four-lane Class I highway with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The total investment of the project is about 5 billion yuan.

　　Driving regional development through major transportation acceleration and comprehensively upgrading National Highway 329 is a key move by Lin'an to break the long-standing bottleneck constraining the development of the central and western areas, coordinate regional development, and integrate with Hangzhou's development. It is also a livelihood project that local residents have long awaited.
