In recent days, the Xingtai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has acted swiftly in accordance with the arrangements of Hebei Province and the city on normalized epidemic prevention and control and supporting the resumption of work and production of various enterprises, advancing in an orderly manner the resumption of work and production at construction sites and commercial concrete enterprises. As of now, 159 construction sites across the city have resumed construction, and 32 commercial concrete enterprises have resumed production.

The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has studied and formulated the Work Plan for Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control at Construction Sites and Other Venues, strengthening the construction of a normalized epidemic prevention and control system. Construction sites across the city implement closed management and real-name management, carry out measures such as temperature testing and registration, health code verification, wearing masks, and staggered dining at separate times, strengthen management of key areas such as dormitories and canteens, provide epidemic prevention and control service guarantees, and intensify publicity, education and guidance, focusing on enhancing workers' awareness and capacity for prevention and control.

The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has formulated support measures for the resumption of work and production at construction sites, guiding sites to designate quarantine areas and set up isolation rooms according to employment conditions, and to implement measures such as quarantine observation and daily temperature testing. Joint assistance working groups have been formed to provide support in epidemic prevention and control, dust control, safety measures and other aspects, coordinate the resolution of difficulties such as labor and materials, and promote the safe and orderly resumption of construction at sites that meet epidemic prevention and control requirements. Adhering to proactive service, the bureau has gone deep into commercial concrete enterprises to strengthen assistance and provide sufficient commercial concrete supply for construction projects. At the same time, it strictly implements 24-hour duty shifts and a daily reporting system for epidemic prevention and control and resumption of work and production, accurately tracking the situation of epidemic prevention and control and resumption of work and production.
