　　This year, continuing to do a good job in the "six stabilities", implementing the "six guarantees" tasks, promoting the steady and healthy development of the real estate market, strengthening residential housing security, accelerating urban renewal and transformation, optimizing urban functions, filling shortcomings in urban construction, promoting urban-rural integration, improving residents' quality of life, and striving to create a new situation for high-quality development of the housing and urban-rural development cause have become the themes of Lanzhou City's housing and urban-rural development work this year.

　　The meeting determined that in 2021, Lanzhou City will focus on advancing 10 key construction projects: accelerate the construction of Phase I of Rail Transit Line 2; improve the urban road network, open up 8 relief roads, and complete the environmental improvement and transformation project of the Tianshui Road expressway entrance and exit; strengthen static traffic supply and build 5,000 new public parking spaces; accelerate the implementation of the comprehensive upgrade and transformation of the Lanzhou Baita Mountain section of the Yellow River Basin, the "Reader's Impression" boutique cultural block and other projects to boost the work on the Yellow River; do a good job in practical matters for the government to benefit the people, build 5,000 units (households) of policy-based affordable housing, renovate 300 old residential areas, and install 300 elevators in old residential buildings; complete the kitchen waste harmless treatment plant and simultaneously implement the Lanzhou Circular Economy Industrial Park project; complete the intelligent transformation of light poles on 5 main roads including Tianshui Road, Qingyang Road, Zhongshan Road, Jiuquan Road, and Nanchang Road; orderly advance the construction of underground comprehensive utility tunnels, building 1.8 kilometers of underground comprehensive utility tunnels; implement "winter diseases treated in summer" for heating, renovate a batch of old heating pipelines, and start the construction of heat source plants and supporting pipeline networks in Heping and Dingyuan areas; integrate a batch of small and micro heating enterprises, establish professional emergency support teams, and comprehensively improve heating quality; accelerate urban renewal and transformation, and implement projects such as the renovation of Wuquanxia Square.
