Recently, in order to further strengthen quality management of key engineering projects in Xiaoshan District, the district has launched the “Monthly Solution” on-site service program, proactively connecting with one project or one enterprise each month to provide on-site services, striving to help resolve difficulties, thereby achieving a “dual advancement” in timing and location of enterprise services, improving service efficiency and satisfaction.

　　The Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Phase III project is a key construction project in Zhejiang Province, with a tight schedule, heavy tasks, high technical standards and great construction difficulty. Not long ago, the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau went to the construction site to carry out the “Monthly Solution” on-site service. After carefully listening to the report on the progress of the airport project, it immediately arranged quality assistance experts to inspect the actual construction of municipal facilities and steel structure works and provide suggestions. At the same time, through discussions, it gained a detailed understanding of the difficulties faced by the project during its advancement, conducted extensive exchanges with all participating parties, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the problems encountered in the airport project construction.

　　A relevant person in charge of the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau said that the “Monthly Solution” is not only a window for effective communication and closer contact between quality functional departments and construction sites, but also a platform for listening to reasonable suggestions from all parties and effectively promoting engineering project construction.
