　　August 8 is the third anniversary of the catastrophic flash flood and mudslide disaster in Zhouqu County, Gansu Province. After three years of recovery and reconstruction, the new Zhouqu is now showcasing the charm of the "Jiangnan of the Tibetan Region" with a brand-new look. Up to now, Zhouqu's post-disaster reconstruction has completed a cumulative investment of 5.285 billion yuan, with 186 reconstruction projects implemented. Local basic living and production conditions and economic and social development have fully recovered and surpassed pre-disaster levels.
