　　Etiquette “Two Standards”

　　Lou Fangjin strictly enforces pre-shift etiquette and start-of-work etiquette. Pre-shift etiquette means explaining safety requirements to employees, reviewing the previous shift's work, reviewing operating procedures with employees, emphasizing special sections of the site, assigning safe production tasks, and leading employees in the pit-entry oath. Start-of-work etiquette means that after employees enter the tunneling working face, they swear an oath to Jiafu and pay attention to safety production in every detail.

　　Safety “Three Confirmations”

　　Lou Fangjin attaches great importance to the “three safety confirmations” of certification, pairing, and start of work. Every time he arrives at the site, he asks the part-time safety supervisor to check the certificates of each special-post worker, personally calls the roll and matches each safety guarantee pair, and then checks the electrical and mechanical equipment, objects, environment, and support materials at the tunneling working face one by one before permitting work to start.

　　Work “Four Must-Narrates”

　　Lou Fangjin requires employees to perform finger-pointing oral confirmation, job description, quality narration, and case narration at the work site. Finger-pointing oral confirmation prevents operational risks; job description prevents omission of operational details; narrating engineering quality specifications and data verifies whether work quality meets standards; and during special operations such as faults and fractured zones, employees who have made mistakes are asked to narrate cases to enhance the safety awareness of team members.
