分公司成立自今，一班人严格按照集约化管理思路，本着“着力发挥专业管理优势，积极拓展对外租赁业务，实现资产保值增值”目标，在满足公司项目施工的同时，充分利用各种设备的空档时期，积极拓展经营空间，先后与局内、局外等多家单位进行了大中型设备租赁业务，其出租CCPG500长轨铺轨机组的租赁合同额就高达1223万元。
其间，分公司十分注重市场信誉，只要合同签订，无论条件如何艰苦，人员如何紧张，工期如何紧迫，均保质保量完成任务，从而获得了较好的市场信誉，并多次与租赁单位实现了合同续签。
