　　In light of the new developments in the COVID-19 epidemic in Beijing since mid-June and the new requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and because some key leaders, experts, exhibitors, and delegates of the conference come from the Beijing area, in order to safeguard everyone's health and safety and ensure the high-quality hosting of the conference, after extensive consultation, we have once again made a difficult choice: the "10th Deep Foundation Engineering Development Forum & 2nd Deep Foundation Engineering Innovative Technology and Equipment Trade Fair," originally scheduled for July 29-31, 2020 at the Jinan Shungeng International Convention and Exhibition Center, is planned to be postponed to mid-to-late September 2020. The venue remains unchanged, and the specific dates will be determined and announced separately in accordance with government directives.

　　During the earlier preparation work for the conference, the event received guidance and assistance from industry leaders, experts, and scholars, specific support from various co-organizers, and an enthusiastic response from industry professionals and enterprises at large. We hereby express our gratitude to all of you!
