According to the announcement, the concrete mixing plants to be built this time are located in ten places: Urumqi, Korla, Kashgar, and Fukang in Xinjiang; Lanzhou in Gansu; Wuhan in Hubei; Chengdu in Sichuan; Xi'an in Shaanxi; Fuzhou in Fujian; and Tianjin. The research and development center is located in the Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Regarding the construction of the research and development center, the announcement shows that after the completion of the company's restructuring, the scale of assets and business has expanded rapidly, placing higher demands on the company's scientific research and testing levels. Moreover, the company has been approved to become the Xinjiang Concrete Engineering Technology Research Center. In order to meet the company's subsequent development and testing needs, improve the level of scientific research transformation, and undertake a batch of autonomous region-level national scientific research projects, the center is being built.
