由于国内工程机械市场存量设备饱和度较高、工程机械企业经营压力加大、负债水平相对较高以及回购风险加大等，中诚信国际认为，受业内竞争加剧及景气度持续低迷的影响，该行业内的主要企业盈利能力显着下降，负债水平不断上升，应收账款规模和回款风险持续加大。
数据显示，截至3月末，工程机械企业的总债务合计进一步上升至1289.84亿元，负债持续处于较高水平。与此同时，一季度上述企业实现营业总收入合计358.20亿元，同比减少25.27%;应收账款余额合计903.04亿元，同比增长36.92%。
