随着两港大道（新四平公路-S2）快速化工程、两港大道（S2立交）新建匝道工程、两港大道（S3-新四平公路）快速化工程分别进入工程前期阶段，两港快速路北段的两港大道（S2-大治河）快速化工程也将开始勘察设计阶段。
两港大道（S2-大治河）快速化工程，全长约12.8km，规划红线宽度60~87m。断面布置形式与西段基本一致，以高架快速路+地面主干道为形式。
