Hengri Heavy Industry and the Jiangnan District Government of Nanning signed a project investment and park entry agreement to complete construction within two years of the "Annual 1,000-Unit Excavator-Based Hydraulic Rock Drill Project," with a total investment of 133 million yuan and covering 50 mu.
