At around 4 p.m., when the reporter rushed to the scene after learning of the incident, the trapped truck had just driven out on its own, and the cement unloaded from the vehicle had already been hauled away by another truck. A person accompanying the trapped truck said that the truck, fully loaded with cement, was heading to a nearby construction site when the smooth road surface suddenly collapsed at this point, causing the truck's right rear wheel to sink into the pit and the vehicle body to tilt. The driver tried to accelerate to get out, but several attempts failed. After unloading the cement from the truck, at around 3:30 p.m., the trapped truck finally got out of the large pit.

    The reporter saw that the road surface at the scene had collapsed into a pit about two meters in diameter, with the deepest part about half a meter deep, and there was still standing water at the bottom of the pit. The thick cement layer originally paved on the road surface had now broken into several large chunks, and the soil layer in the pit appeared moist and soft. Based on this, many onlookers believed that before the road surface collapsed, the soil layer beneath it had already been soaked by water, and the road surface had already been suspended over a void.
