       1. Do not lift when overloaded or when the weight of the load is unknown.

  2. Do not lift when the command signal is unclear.

  3. Do not lift when the binding or slinging is insecure or unbalanced and may cause the load to slip.

  4. Do not lift when there are people or loose objects on the load.

  5. Do not lift when the structure or components have defects or damage that affect safe operation.

  6. Do not lift when there is a buried object with an unclear pulling force.

  7. Do not lift when dragging or pulling a heavy load at an angle.

  8. Do not lift when the work site is poorly lit and the site, the load, and the command signals cannot be clearly seen.

  9. Do not lift when no padding is placed between the sharp edges of the heavy object and the binding wire rope.

  10. Do not lift when the molten steel (iron) ladle is filled too full.
