　　For many years, Fu Mei has been working hard in the highly "steely" building waterproofing industry. On the one hand, she strives to run her own enterprise well and contributes to local economic development with outstanding business performance; on the other hand, she performs her duties as a deputy to the People's Congress in accordance with the law, actively participates in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, and takes on the social responsibilities assigned to her by government departments and industry associations.

　　In the late 1990s, Fu Mei came to Dalian to start a business. At that time, she keenly recognized that Dalian's building waterproofing industry had good development prospects and broad market space. After careful demonstration and bold decision-making, Fu Mei established Dalian Fuyu Group Co., Ltd. (Fuyu Group for short).

　　After more than ten years of development, Fuyu Group has now grown into a large enterprise integrating scientific and technological development, design, production, construction, and services. It can undertake the design and construction of large-scale projects in waterproofing, anti-corrosion, thermal insulation, decoration and renovation, and special specialties (anti-seepage), with total assets of up to hundreds of millions of yuan and an annual construction area of more than one million square meters. At the same time, Fuyu Group actively explores scientific and efficient management mechanisms and has formed a management team with strong cohesion and execution. At present, Fuyu Group has more than 30 management and scientific research personnel and has arranged employment for more than 200 laid-off and unemployed people.

At present, Fuyu Group has an annual production capacity of 18 million square meters of modified bitumen membrane, 17 million square meters of polymer membrane, 11 million square meters of self-adhesive membrane, and 800,000 tons of various coatings.
