On July 8, the Chang'an Park Station and the Beiguo Mall Station–Chang'an Park Station running tunnel works of Section 06 of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 2, constructed by China Railway Tunnel Group, successfully passed the owner's acceptance.

Chang'an Park Station of Section 06 of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 2 is located directly beneath the intersection of Jianshe North Street and Jiankang Road, oriented north-south. The station is a PBA mined station with a platform width of 12 m; its main structure is a two-level underground, three-span, arched-roof straight-wall frame structure. The station has a total length of 225.7 m. It is provided with three construction shafts, four entrances/exits, and one safety evacuation passage. The Beiguo Mall Station–Chang'an Park Station running tunnel starts from Beiguo Mall Station on Zhongshan Road, runs north along Jianshe North Street, and reaches Chang'an Park Station on Jiankang Road. The running tunnel has a total length of 458.322 m and is constructed by the mining method, with one construction shaft and one cross passage respectively.

Since entering the site, the Project Department of Section 06 of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 2 has, first, strengthened communication and coordination with all parties, effectively advancing utility relocation and traffic diversion; and second, strictly followed standardized management requirements, formulated multiple measures to vigorously improve safety, quality, and civilized construction, playing an important role in ensuring the on-schedule acceptance of the station and running tunnel sub-unit works.
