上半年，福建省高速公路建设完成投资199.8亿元，占年度投资计划400亿元的49.9%，比去年同期增加2.5亿元，增长1.3个百分点，创历史新高。
其中，计划今年通车的15个项目完成74亿元，占计划的53.4%，龙岩永定湖雷至城关、武平至东留（武平城关至十方段）、福州至永泰、厦漳跨海大桥等4个项目已建成通车；建宁至泰宁连接线7.39亿元，占计划的67.2%；泉州环城高速公路南安张坑至石井段9.2亿元，占计划的61.3%；沈海复线莆田段10.16亿元，占计划的53.5%；厦门海沧至漳州天宝漳州段4.11亿元，占计划的51.5%；南安金淘至厦门（罗溪连接线）2.77亿，占计划的50.4%。
其余24个在建项目（含扫尾、新开工）完成125.8亿元，占计划的31.5%。
