据悉，该公园位于房山区，公园将运用超过400种不同的建筑创新和前沿技术，以及全球最先进的社区规划设计，引入了超过300个公司和机构在创新公园展示其创新技术和产品。该公园的景观总设计师、麦田景观的纪刚表示，绿色建筑公园有别于现存的众多公园，未来全民参与绿色、享受低碳生活也将不再是一句口号。
目前公园完成总体规划设计，包括游客中心、未来建筑实验楼、万科工业化实验楼在内的首批实验性建筑也进入了实质性推进阶段。
