　　This Lishide SC220.7 is the machine I took delivery of in August 2009. It has now been in service for nearly two years, with 4165 hours on the clock, working with a hydraulic breaker. Its appearance is very good, with no scratches or dents on the whole machine, and the operator is very conscientious about maintenance.

　　Recently, a visit team from Lishide came to inspect this machine and carried out a comprehensive check, solving several problems for me, which made me very happy. I have been in the construction machinery business for nearly ten years and currently own three machines: a Caterpillar 320C, a Daewoo 225-7 and a Lishide SC220. I am fairly satisfied with the Lishide SC220, and I would now like to give you an honest account:

      1. Work efficiency and fuel consumption: The machine's overall power is on par with the Caterpillar. Fuel consumption is generally 16-18 L/h, and 20 L/h at full load. Overall it is more fuel-efficient than the Caterpillar, and among excavator brands of the same tonnage class this fuel consumption is at a medium level.

       2. Engine performance: The Lishide SC220.7 uses a Cummins engine, which runs quite stably. Since it was new, it has never had any problems, and for maintenance I always use the special engine oil specified by the Lishide factory. The engine surface is also fairly clean.

      3. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system uses all Kawasaki components. Since purchase, there has been no oil leakage from the hydraulic pump, main control valve, motors or other parts, and operation is almost indistinguishable from a new machine, with no signs of sluggishness so far.

4. Other issues: I have now noticed oil leakage at the head of the bucket cylinder, and I will replace the oil seal in a few days when I am less busy.

　　5. Parts and service: Parts prices are relatively low, among the cheapest of comparable excavator brands, and service is fairly prompt. The manufacturer regularly visits end customers to learn about usage, summarize the problems encountered in operation and the operators' requirements, and promptly feed these back to the factory for improvement, which has received a positive response from the factory.

　　6. Customer summary: I quite approve of the Lishide SC220.7. Up to now I have been very satisfied with this machine; there has never been a single breakdown caused by the machine's own quality, and with the breaker fitted it has worked stably and been very fuel-efficient, and I am fairly satisfied with the service. In summary, this is because I have carefully followed the manufacturer's requirements for maintenance and used genuine factory oils. I hope it will continue to maintain this good condition in the time ahead and create more wealth for me.
