“Xiong'an Release” reported on February 1 that the official website of China Xiong'an Group published the 'Bidding Announcement for Design of Reserved Rail Transit Project Supporting the Rongdong Area Affordable Housing Project of the Shantytown Renovation in Xiong'an New Area' and the 'Bidding Announcement for Survey and Design of Municipal Roads, Integrated Pipe Networks and Drainage Pipe Network System Engineering of the Rongdong Area Affordable Housing Project (Communities A and F) of the Shantytown Renovation in Xiong'an New Area'.

　　According to the announcement, the Rongdong Area of Xiong'an is one of the areas where construction was launched in the early stage of Xiong'an New Area. It is located east of Rongcheng County seat, north of the Launch Area and the existing Rongwu Expressway, south of the Jinbao Railway, and west of Zhangshi Village, with a planned land area of about 12.7 km2, of which Community A has a planned area of about 2.25 km2 and Community F has a planned area of about 1.97 km2.

　　The reserved rail transit project supporting the Rongdong Area Affordable Housing Project of the Shantytown Renovation in Xiong'an New Area to be implemented this time is the reserved rail transit project in the Rongdong Area. The scope of works includes the main structures and ancillary works of Bayu Station, Nanwen Station and Rongnan Station on Line M2, with a section of about 3.9 km; and the main structures and ancillary works of Bayu Station and Nanwen Station on Line M5, with a section of about 0.95 km. The total investment of the project is about 1.97 billion yuan, and the construction and installation cost is about 1.13 billion yuan.

　　The municipal roads, integrated pipe networks and drainage pipe network system engineering of the Rongdong Area Affordable Housing Project (Communities A and F) of the Shantytown Renovation in Xiong'an New Area to be implemented this time is the main municipal infrastructure project in Communities A and F of the Rongdong Area, including municipal road engineering, integrated pipe network engineering and drainage pipe network system engineering. The total investment of the project is about 5.79 billion yuan, and the construction and installation cost is about 4.77 billion yuan.
