Recently, through the joint efforts of the participating units' staff, construction has begun on the pile foundation for the first wind turbine at the Hebei Linxi Wanhui 150 MW Wind Farm, which is being built by PowerChina Guizhou Engineering Co., Ltd. under an EPC general contracting model. This officially kicked off the civil construction of wind turbines for the wind farm project, laying a solid foundation for the orderly implementation of subsequent work.
