Recently, the reinforced concrete construction of the ballastless track in the Sunjiazhuang Tunnel of the Chongli Railway, a key supporting project for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics undertaken by China Railway 20th Bureau, has been completed. The ballastless track in the Sunjiazhuang Tunnel has a total length of 1,402 meters. Through scientific organization, the builders adopted measures such as rapid pouring, rapid vibrating, and rapid finishing, while also optimizing the construction plan from point-by-point placement of double-block sleepers to slab-by-slab placement, greatly improving efficiency and ensuring the smooth pouring of the ballastless track.
