To test the main pump's power, keep the engine at idle and try to lift the machine body; if it cannot be lifted, the pump lacks power, or if the engine makes abnormal noises while lifting, the engine power is insufficient. Increase the throttle to fully extend all cylinders and listen for any change in the sound of the main pump.

Inspect the track chain and track shoes. (This is relatively simple.)

Check the slewing ring for left-right and up-down play. A slight left-right play is acceptable, but up-down play is not.

Check the number of replaced hoses on the whole machine; the fewer, the newer the machine.

Check the working speed at normal throttle.

Inspect all cylinders for damage.

For the travel test, lift one track off the ground, set travel to high-speed mode, and put your ear close to the drive sprocket to listen for abnormal noises.
