经调查：张真梅的丈夫李正全与荣新建筑工程有限公司签订了分包合同。2012年10月进行决算，荣新建筑公司向李正全支付工程款127.04万元，欠14.89万元，加上后期租用李正全机械费用1400元，共计欠款15.03万元。
张真梅和李正全等人到荣新国际9号楼售楼部要求支付工程欠款。在双方协商过程中，张真梅不顾劝阻，爬上塔吊至大臂末端。经其李正全等人劝说后，张真梅返回时不慎坠落到9号楼25楼楼顶。在场人员迅速将其送到医院，经抢救无效死亡。目前，事情正在调查处理中。
