To meet the need of high-end customers for a deeper understanding of Yutong Heavy Industries products, and to express gratitude to these high-end customers for their long-term trust in and support for Yutong Heavy Industries, since April 16, 2013, the Foundation Engineering Machinery Business Division of Yutong Heavy Industries has organized the "Rotary Drilling Construction Experts Visit Yutong" event for one hundred new and existing high-end rotary drilling rig customers.

    Hundreds of influential customer representatives from six major regions—East China, South China, Central China, North China, Southwest China, and the North—visited Yutong. These customers are leaders in the rotary drilling industry in their respective regions, including representatives of large state-owned enterprises, strong private enterprises, leaders of survey and design institutes, members of rotary drilling associations in key regions, and individual business owners with many years of experience in rotary drilling construction. To give these customers a deeper understanding of Yutong, Yutong Heavy Industries specially optimized the factory tour route and assigned at least two key technical staff members to accompany each group of customers throughout the visit to provide technical support and explanations. Through visits to the rotary drilling production line and on-site demonstrations of rotary drilling products, the attending customers gained a more intuitive understanding of the assembly level and product performance of Yutong's rotary drilling products, and further understood and recognized Yutong rotary drilling rigs. In the subsequent seminar, the Technical Department of the Foundation Engineering Machinery Business Division of Yutong Heavy Industries first gave detailed introductions to many new products, including rotary drilling rigs and anchor drilling rigs, and, in response to customers' individualized needs and different requirements regarding construction geology, environment, and other factors, highlighted the products' process improvements, construction methods, and design highlights, winning widespread praise from customers. In the subsequent interactive exchange, rotary drilling representatives from all over the country spoke freely, exchanged construction methods and experience, and jointly discussed the development trends of Yutong rotary drilling from multiple perspectives, including equipment construction, management, and after-sales service, providing many valuable suggestions for Yutong's next steps in product R&D, improvement, service enhancement, and marketing.

    The event lasted two months and invited a total of 113 rotary drilling construction experts to visit Yutong, with cumulative signed orders exceeding 15 million yuan, achieving remarkable results. In 2013, under the full implementation of the company's marketing policies, rotary drilling rig sales achieved breakthrough progress. As of June this year, sales of rotary drilling rigs as a single product increased by 566% year-on-year compared with the first half of 2012. With the continuous improvement of the company's marketing policies and the ongoing launch of marketing activities, rotary drilling products are bound to usher in a new round of sales peaks.

    Leveraging this "Rotary Drilling Construction Experts Visit Yutong" event, Yutong Heavy Industries will base itself on the market and invest more high-quality resources, listen to customers' internal needs, explore customers' deeper needs, help users solve problems encountered during construction, and develop customized piling products for customers' differentiated needs and different geological requirements, so as to truly meet customer needs. At the same time, it will provide follow-up after-sales service. On the basis of existing after-sales service, through a series of measures such as integrating after-sales service resources, strengthening service personnel's service awareness, improving service personnel's service level, and clarifying service standards, it will establish a strong brand for Yutong Heavy Industries' after-sales service.
