本次考核以上市公司信息披露的真实性、准确性、完整性、及时性、公平性及合法合规性为基础，将年度内上市公司被采取的监管措施和处分情况、与深交所配合情况、信息披露事务管理情况等因素纳入考核范围，同时加强了对上市公司直通信息披露工作质量、投资者关系互动平台的开展情况等方面的考核力度，是深交所根据最新修订后的《信息披露工作考核办法》，对上市公司2012年信息披露工作进行的综合性考核。
