在此次签订的协议中，中国交建计划在台州湾循环经济产业集聚区内建设一个产业园，并以此为平台引进一批央企和国企等重要的项目落户到产业园。
同时，中国交建还将发挥自身的优势，推动台州湾循环经济产业集聚区东部新区的城市建设，包括房地产开发、城市综合体开发、公共服务设施投资建设等方面。
作为全国首家实现境外整体上市的特大型国有基建企业，中国交建的“最强项”是城市的基础设施建设。因此，根据协议内容，我市将与其在高速公路、轨道交通、市政工程、新机场建设等基建项目进行商谈合作。
