据悉，“聚羧酸盐高性能减水剂”由天水华硕精细化工有限公司与甘肃九桓新材料有限公司共同研发。该项目生产线的批量化投产，弥补了甘肃省混凝土外加剂建材产品结构相对落后的局面。项目一期工程满负荷投产后，较甘肃省内普遍使用的第二代减水剂可节约燃煤6000余吨，节约水泥6万余吨，节约电力710万余千瓦。这一项目的实施将为甘肃省节能减排工作发挥积极作用。
