As the first resettlement housing project in Binhai New City, Phase I has seen builders work with dedication and determination since construction began in September 2017, working through holidays without rest and treating the site as home to ensure quality and accelerate progress. Pile foundation construction has now been fully completed.

Project manager Liu Jianmiao introduced that the project has a total floor area of 313,000 square meters, with 30 individual buildings (1,850 residential units, one kindergarten, and supporting facility buildings), a basement area of nearly 80,000 square meters, and adopts prefabricated construction technology that has only recently begun to be used in the province.
