On the morning of January 31, the groundbreaking ceremony for the PPP smart multi-storey garage of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University was held on the hospital campus. More than 100 representatives attended the ceremony, including members of the Standing Committee of the Luzhou Municipal Party Committee of Sichuan Province, the Luzhou Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, leaders of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University, and representatives of the construction and supervision units.
At the ceremony, Yang Sijin, President of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University, noted that the official start of construction of the hospital's PPP smart multi-storey garage is an important measure to provide convenience and benefits to the public and to innovate service models. It is a happy event for the hospital and for the development of healthcare in Luzhou, and a great boon that meets the parking needs of patients and benefits them.
Kong Fanhua, Party Secretary of the Sixth Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway 11th Bureau Group, said the company will use this project as an opportunity to support the group's development under the “five-in-one” model of investment, design, construction, operation and equipment manufacturing, strengthen the company's entire industrial chain, and make new contributions to the economic and social development of Luzhou.

The PPP smart multi-storey garage construction project of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University is independently invested in, built and operated by China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. The project is located on the hospital campus in Longmatan District, Luzhou, with a building area of 14,011 square meters. It adopts a planar mobile smart parking system and will provide 1,072 smart parking spaces, with a total investment of 150 million yuan. It is the most intelligent, most advanced and largest single fully automated multi-storey smart parking garage in China. The project is a foundational project benefiting the people of Luzhou. After completion, drivers will park their vehicles at the garage entrance, perform simple key operations at the terminal at the garage entrance, and the vehicle will be automatically stored in or retrieved from the garage. The parking or retrieval process takes only 1 to 2 minutes, greatly facilitating and saving time for patients.
