The Exploration Institute of the Ganxi Team under the Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources has fully leveraged the advantages of the national-level “Dai Shaoyang Master Skills Studio,” leading its professional field with outstanding technical expertise and actively expanding into overseas markets. Recently, the pile foundation repair project undertaken by the institute in Sri Lanka was successfully completed, marking a smooth first step in the institute's “going global” endeavor and a successful transformation in its business model——from “providing personnel and equipment” to “providing personnel and technology.”
    It is reported that three technical personnel from the institute traveled to Sri Lanka in 2016, and the technical implementation plan they provided to the client was highly recognized by the client, which then entrusted the institute with the subsequent on-site technical handling for the project, exceeding the originally expected cooperation of merely providing a technical plan. Over the course of 10 months, the project repaired a total of 57 pile foundations, solving the difficult problem of repairing “broken-head piles” in foundation projects, and received high praise for its excellent results, good quality, and high efficiency.
