中建协智能建筑分会的有关报告称，随着智慧城市从概念导入期进入实质推进期，北京、上海、广州、武汉、宁波等几乎所有的一线城市、50%的二线城市，都在朝着智慧城市的方向努力。
国家开发银行相关负责人表示，将在“十二五”的后三年，与住建部合作投资800亿元建设智慧城市。
相关人士分析，我国智慧城市发展进入规模推广阶段。截至目前，我国已有154个城市提出建设智慧城市，预计总投资规模达1.1万亿元，撬动的更以万亿元计，新一轮产业机会即将到来。
