On January 16, 2018, the 2018 Supplier Conference of Zhengzhou Zhengyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was held at the Yonghe Baron International Hotel in Zhengdong New District. Company leaders including Guo Xudong, Chairman and General Manager of Zhengyu Heavy Industry, Feng Qin, Deputy General Manager, and Pan Xun, Technical Director and Mining Vehicle Business Director, as well as more than 80 suppliers from across the country attended the conference. 　　At 9 a.m., the conference began on time. First, Wei Huibin, Director of the Procurement Department of Zhengyu Heavy Industry, delivered a welcome speech. At the meeting, Director Wei explained the theme of the "New Starting Point, New Journey" supplier conference: "This supplier conference aims to promote communication and exchange, discuss cooperation plans together, continuously deepen cooperative relations, and enhance the core competitiveness of the supply chain." He also pointed out that this supplier conference was the first since the establishment of the new company and also the first since the relocation to the new factory area in 2013. The registration and establishment of the new company will surely bring a new look to the company's development and bring more opportunities to deepen cooperative relations with various partners in the future. 　　Guo Xudong, Chairman and General Manager of Zhengyu Heavy Industry, attended the supplier conference and delivered an important speech. Mr. Guo pointed out that on January 6, 2018, the Foundation Engineering Machinery Branch of Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. was officially renamed Zhengzhou Zhengyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and an unveiling ceremony was held. This was the biggest change in Yutong's engineering machinery and sanitation sectors in recent years. In the past few years, engineering machinery has experienced tremendous turbulence and industry pain. Under the guidance of the group and in accordance with the requirements of Group President Tang Yuxiang, Yutong Heavy Industries also reorganized the company's product positioning, retaining products that could be done well, could be profitable, and had prospects, and cut the civilian loader and concrete special vehicle businesses. The foundation engineering machinery and mining machinery businesses changed from business divisions of Yutong Heavy Industries to subsidiaries of Yutong Group, and their management level was raised by one grade. Yutong Group will also give more attention and support. According to the requirements put forward by Group President Cao to Zhengyu Heavy Industry at the unveiling ceremony on January 6, in the next 3-5 years, the company should achieve industry leadership in each market segment of its products and carry forward the Yutong brand. 　　At the meeting, Mr. Guo also summarized Zhengyu Heavy Industry's work over the past year, shared his thoughts and views on the future development of the industry, and proposed the company's next development ideas and strategies. 　　At this supplier conference, nine enterprises that won the "Annual Best Service Award," "Annual Best Quality Award," and "Annual Excellent Supplier" were commended; and Zhengyu Heavy Industry's "Supplier Management Plan" and Zhengyu Heavy Industry's "Supporting Material Quality Improvement Plan" were communicated and required. 　　Finally, Wei Huibin, Director of the Procurement Department, summarized the supplier conference and pointed out that however great Zhengyu Heavy Industry's development opportunities are, it will open a cooperation platform of the same scale. Zhengyu Heavy Industry is willing to work together with all suppliers through thick and thin, share honor and disgrace, unite sincerely, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
