On January 14, Sunward's 2018 Annual Business Work Conference was grandly held at the group headquarters. With the theme of “Strengthening Differentiation, Increasing Efficiency, Expanding Scale, and Achieving Corporate Soaring,” the conference was divided into two parts: the annual business work meeting and an awards gala. More than 200 mid- and senior-level executives from the group headquarters and subsidiaries attended the meeting. Sunward Chairman He Qinghua, General Manager Xia Zhihong, company leaders Tang Biao, Zhang Daqing, Zhu Jianxin, Wang Jian, Gong Jin, Deng Guoqi, Cai Guangyun, and Senior Group Advisor Yi Yuxin attended the conference. 　　The meeting was presided over by Zhang Daqing, Vice General Manager of the joint-stock company. Xia Zhihong, General Manager of the joint-stock company, delivered the 2018 annual business work report on behalf of the management team. The report reviewed Sunward's achievements in 2017, noting that through the joint efforts of the entire group, Sunward achieved a double increase in both operating revenue and profit. At the same time, in the face of the 2018 development goal of soaring, there is still a long way to go, and specific requirements were put forward for the work of each module. 　　Sunward Chairman He Qinghua delivered an important speech. He pointed out that since the group proposed the “One Point, Three Lines” strategy two years ago, significant progress has been made in the three major fields of engineering equipment, special equipment, and aviation equipment. At the same time, the team foundation has been further consolidated, the industrial layout further optimized, and the capital market has become a strong guarantee. However, there is still a long way to go before fulfilling the group's mission and vision of “being a creator of world value in the equipment manufacturing field.” Therefore, rapidly increasing the company's efficiency and scale this year and for several years to come is the direction of efforts and the goal that all Sunward people must strive to achieve. 　　During the meeting, discussions were held in groups by module—marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and management—to address the decisions made by the group's decision-making level and the action guidelines formulated by the execution level, and to propose work ideas for 2018 in light of their own actual conditions. 　　[A Splendid Awards Gala]

Singing and dancing, awards, grabbing red envelopes, and a grand prize draw—wave after wave of performances got the whole audience excited. Full of passion, everyone sang and danced, expressing in various forms their best wishes for the group's development. 　　Sunward's development is inseparable from the joint efforts of all employees. The gala also honored two model workers, Li Yuyu and Xu Wankun; five post role models, Huang Guangjun, Shan Baoyan, Liu Xinhao, Zhang Tanping, and Zeng Zilong; and 13 advanced teams, including the Legal Department and the European Business Unit of the International Marketing Company. It is hoped that by learning from these benchmarks, employee work efficiency and team collaboration can be further improved.
