Project Overview
　　Xunyi–Fengxiang Expressway: The Xunfeng Expressway has a construction length of 123.659 km (including the shared section), of which 7.054 km is shared with the Fuyin Expressway. The Xunyi–Linyou section is designed for a speed of 80 km/h with a subgrade width of 25.5 m to four-lane expressway standards, of which the section shared with the Fuyin Expressway is designed for a speed of 100 km/h with a subgrade width of 33.5 m to six-lane expressway standards; the Linyou–Fengxiang section is designed for a speed of 100 km/h with a subgrade width of 26.0 m to four-lane expressway standards. Along the entire line (including the shared section), it is proposed to build 2 extra-large bridges totaling 2,273 m (full width, the same below), 68 large bridges totaling 19,705 m, 29 medium bridges totaling 2,162 m, and 17 separated overpasses on the main line totaling 992 m; the total bridge length is 25,132 m, accounting for 20.32% of the total route length. It is proposed to build 11 long tunnels totaling 19,516 m (twin tubes, the same below), 3 medium tunnels totaling 2,110 m, and 4 short tunnels totaling 1,105 m; the total tunnel length is 22,713 m, accounting for 18.44% of the total route length. Along the entire line, it is proposed to set up 12 interchanges: Chidao (hub), Yuandi, Xiahe (hub), Taiyu (reconstructed), Taiyu West (hub), Baijiahe (reserved, planned at the same site as the Taiyu service area), Cuimu, Linyou, Liangshe, Fengxiang North, Xifeng, and Liulin (hub); interchange connecting lines total 8.05 km (including about 3.7 km of Class I highway and about 4.35 km of Class II highway); along the entire line, 7 ramp toll stations (including the original Taiyu toll station on the Fuyin line), 2 service areas, 2 parking areas, 1 management center, and 2 maintenance work areas and management offices are planned; land occupation is 10,845.78 mu.
　　The estimated total investment of the Xunyi–Fengxiang Expressway project is 13.761 billion yuan.
　　Hancheng–Huanglong Expressway: The Hancheng–Huanglong Expressway has a total length of 73.46 km (all newly built) to four-lane expressway standards. The design speed is 80 km/h, and the subgrade width is 25.5 m. The total bridge length is 21,482 m (1 extra-large bridge of 1,686 m, 62 large bridges totaling 19,042 m, and 9 medium bridges totaling 754 m, calculated on a twin-width basis), accounting for 29.24% of the total length, with 124 culverts; the total tunnel length is 16,382 m (2 extra-large tunnels totaling 13,050 m, 2 long tunnels totaling 2,242 m, and 3 short tunnels totaling 1,090 m, calculated on a twin-tube basis), accounting for 22.30% of the total length. Bridges and tunnels together account for 51.54% of the total length. There are 6 interchanges: Dangjiacun (hub), Sizhuanghe, Banqiao, Baimatan, Machang (reserved), and Huanglong North (hub); 13 separated interchanges, 1 overpass, 21 passages, and 1 service area. The entire line occupies 5,851 mu of land and requires the demolition of 30.5 thousand square meters of buildings.
　　The estimated total investment of the Hancheng–Huanglong Expressway project is 8.606 billion yuan.
