On December 12, the PPP project for the construction of the economic belt around Gaoming Lake in Tongjiang County, undertaken by Sinohydro Bureau 10, held a grand groundbreaking ceremony at the construction site. Deputy General Manager He Kaiping, along with key leaders from the Bazhong Municipal Party Committee, the Tongjiang County Party Committee, and the Gaoming New District Management Committee, attended the ceremony. In his speech at the ceremony, Deputy General Manager He Kaiping stated that the company will fully leverage its advantages in emerging industry construction, enhance scientific management, and ensure the project is completed safely, in an environmentally friendly manner, with high quality, and on schedule, striving to build the Gaoming Lake project into a premium quality project. After the ceremony, Deputy General Manager He Kaiping inspected the original terrain of the project site, learned about the project progress, and expressed great satisfaction with the preliminary work. The PPP project for the economic belt around Gaoming Lake in Tongjiang County is a municipal engineering project undertaken by Sinohydro Bureau 10 as an investor, with construction tasks implemented by the First Branch. The project adopts the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, with a cooperation period of 12 years, including a 2-year construction period and a 10-year operation and maintenance period. The total investment is 1.69 billion yuan, with construction costs of 1.28 billion yuan. The project includes three parts: the construction of the economic belt around Gaoming Lake, the Tremella Expo Park, and the core area, covering a total of 15 urban roads, 12 bridges, and 3 urban parks.
