According to US media reports, the White House is preparing to launch a long-delayed infrastructure rebuilding plan in January next year. Advisors to US President Trump believe that voters want the government to come up with a $1 trillion road and bridge construction plan. The report said that Trump's advisors are making final revisions to the plan. According to the plan, the federal government will directly invest at least $200 billion in the budget and leverage correspondingly hundreds of billions of dollars from local governments and private investors.

In the morning session, the construction machinery industry showed active performance against the trend. During the session, stocks such as Shantui Shares, Hengli Hydraulic, Zoomlion, Sany Heavy Industry, and Tianqi Shares showed strength against the trend. Among them, Shantui Shares and Hengli Hydraulic rose more than 3% against the trend during the session, Tianqi Shares rose more than 1% during the session, and Hebei XuanGong, Zhenhua Heavy Industry, Zoomlion, Sany Heavy Industry, etc. showed small increases during the session. Affected by market adjustments during the session, construction machinery sector stocks showed mixed gains and losses.

Trump's consistent view emphasizes that the government should increase the deficit and vigorously engage in infrastructure construction. Increased US infrastructure investment will drive demand for construction machinery and related equipment. Domestic listed companies in related industries that export to the US will directly benefit. Meanwhile, the Asian Development Bank's report "Meeting Asia's Infrastructure Needs" predicts that infrastructure demand in the Asia-Pacific region from 2016 to 2030 will total more than $26 trillion, or an annual average of more than $1.7 trillion. The large-scale infrastructure construction in China and the US, as well as the rise of infrastructure in emerging countries such as India and Southeast Asia, also align with China's "Belt and Road" strategy.

Among listed companies:
Shantui Shares: Its market share in bulldozers has been maintained at around 60%. The company's fully hydraulic bulldozers began exporting to the US in 2015, and sales have grown significantly in the past two years.
