On the morning of October 10, a research group from the Department of Construction Market Regulation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development visited Zhejiang Province to conduct research on “Internet + Construction Market Regulation”. Relevant personnel from the Provincial Construction Management Bureau, the Department's Government Affairs Service Center, the Information Center, and construction committees (construction bureaus) of Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua, Huzhou, and other cities attended the research symposium.
At the meeting, the Provincial Construction Management Bureau and the Department's Government Affairs Center respectively introduced the main functions and data applications of Zhejiang Province's construction market regulation and integrity information platform, with emphasis on measures such as connecting the regulatory integrity platform with industrialized system modules, sharing construction permit information, and using construction permits as a lever to lock in project managers and chief supervisors under construction. The province has not only achieved the integration of information platform construction with building industrialization, market regulation, and the Zhejiang Government Service Network, but also initially integrated the “at most one visit” reform and the “five zeros” work for enterprise qualification approval.
At the meeting, participants from various cities reported on their work in using information technology for construction market regulation, discussed how to use big data, cloud computing, and other technical means to strengthen construction market regulation, and put forward opinions and suggestions on using Internet technology to strengthen and improve construction market regulation.
The research group from the Department of Construction Market Regulation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development affirmed the province's “Internet + Construction Market Regulation” work. The research group pointed out that the province has many good experiences and practices worth sharing and adopting, which will be considered in the next step of building and improving the national construction market information system.
