The "Full Casing Full Rotary Drilling Rig Construction Site Meeting" hosted by Zhejiang Communications Construction Group and co-organized by Tongzhou Foundation and Dun'an Heavy Industry

　　On July 11, 2017, a unique event opened the curtain on a special performance by a piece of foundation construction equipment—the Full Casing Full Rotary Drilling Rig Construction Site Meeting of Zhejiang Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang Communications Construction Group). Participants included leaders in charge from Zhejiang Communications Construction Group, relevant personnel from the group headquarters' Chief Engineer's Office, Quality Supervision and Management Department, and Machinery and Materials Management Center, as well as technical and quality leaders from its subsidiaries (branches), directors of the Chief Engineer's Offices, managers of the Quality Supervision and Management Departments, heads of testing and inspection, and heads of machinery and materials sections.

　　The meeting first organized everyone to view the display boards. The interpreter carefully introduced each display board one by one, so that everyone could gain an overall and concise understanding of the entire project and equipment construction. Then everyone gathered at the site of the Beitang Road Reconstruction Project to observe the construction of the full casing full rotary drilling rig on site. After nearly half an hour of on-site observation, all personnel returned to the Beitang Road Reconstruction Project Department for a meeting, which was chaired by Lai Ronghui. At the beginning, project personnel reported on the full casing construction situation and played a construction video of the full casing full rotary drilling rig. After guest Li Zhenglong spoke, Shan Guangyan, deputy general manager and chief engineer of Zhejiang Communications Construction Group, delivered a speech. 　　The Beitang Road (Genshan West Road—Desheng Road) Reconstruction Project adopts the expansion plan of elevating the Desheng to Pengbu section of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway in place (the original roadbed is respectively converted into an elevated expressway bridge and ground urban roads). The reconstruction project consists of the main line reconstruction project of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway, the temporary expressway diversion road project, and the original Beitang Road traffic-maintenance road project. The Beitang Road Reconstruction Project is a major project of the Hangzhou Municipal Government. "Originally, going to Hangzhou East Railway Station required detouring via Desheng Expressway or Genshan East Road. In the future, we can just take Beitang Road and turn onto Xintang Road." The heartfelt words of the public also reflect great expectations for this reconstruction project. At the on-site meeting, everyone saw that this reconstruction project was indeed extraordinary. Due to geological difficulties, proximity to Metro Line 1 and Line 4 and other complex relationships, as well as the large diameter, long piles, high requirements for stratum deformation, and tight schedule, it was necessary to use equipment that is noise-free, vibration-free, accurate, and environmentally friendly; does not use slurry, has no slurry pollution, keeps the construction site clean and civilized, and is very suitable for construction in urban areas.
