On June 29, the 150MW Phase I wind power project of Sineng Abag Banner No. 3 Wind Farm, developed by Abag Banner Sineng New Energy Co., Ltd., received approval from the League Development and Reform Commission. The project is a supporting wind power project for UHV power transmission, located within the Abag Banner No. 3 Wind Farm, with a construction scale of 150MW. It plans to install 44 wind turbines of 3.4MW each, with a dynamic investment of 1.08 billion yuan. It is intended to be connected at the 220KV voltage level to the Abag Banner 500KV UHV collection station, and then to the UHV Shengli Substation.
The 150MW Phase I wind power project of Sineng Abag Banner No. 3 Wind Farm is one of the first batch of approved UHV power transmission new energy wind power projects in Xilingol League, and also the first approved project in Abag Banner. The approval of this project marks a breakthrough in the preliminary work of the banner's UHV power transmission new energy wind power projects, laying a good foundation for the comprehensive construction of such projects across the banner.
