At 10:00 a.m. on June 26, the first pile foundation of the Yuqinghe Middle Bridge on the Zaozhuang-Heze Expressway was officially drilled, marking the first pile of bridge construction along the entire Zaozhuang-Heze Expressway.
The bridge is located at K65+248.5. Its pile foundations are constructed by reverse circulation drilling, with a span arrangement of 4×16 m and a bridge length of 64 m. The superstructure adopts prestressed hollow slabs; the substructure adopts column piers and ribbed abutments with bored cast-in-place pile foundations. The whole bridge has 36 piles in total, of which the abutment design pile diameter is 1.2 m, totaling 24 piles; the pier design pile diameter is 1.5 m, totaling 12 piles. The pile drilled this time is the left-lane rear row No. 4-3 pile, with a length of 34 m and a diameter of 1.2 m.
In order to take the lead in bridge pile foundation construction along the entire line, the general contracting project department has carefully organized and finely planned since mobilization, and has successively completed various preparatory work including leveling of the construction site and access roads, approval submission of the construction plan, inspection and acceptance submission for pile hole opening, procurement and inspection of raw materials, mobilization of personnel and equipment, and technical disclosure and training, thus creating conditions for commencement. The general contracting project department will take this opportunity to build on the momentum, fully set off a construction climax, and strive to complete the construction and production tasks safely and efficiently.
The Zaozhuang-Heze section of the Rizhao (Lanshan)-Heze Highway is invested in and constructed by China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. The project is a component of the "one ring" in Shandong Province's "eight vertical, four horizontal, one ring, eight connecting" expressway network and is a key project of Shandong Province's "13th Five-Year Plan." Once completed, the project will improve Shandong Province's road transportation network and promote Shandong's economic and social development.
