　　Next, he introduced the technical characteristics of the company's combined hammer foundation treatment series technology, full-ramming expanded-base cast-in-place pile series technology, column hammer dynamic compaction replacement foundation pit support method, and long spiral pressure-grouted pile series technology. Through comparisons of multiple existing projects, he demonstrated the effects of saving materials, costs, and time; striving to ensure ecological and circular economy effects; and ensuring low-carbon environmental protection, energy conservation, and emission reduction.
　　At the end of the speech, Chairman Liu said: "Low-carbon foundations" are an important component of "green buildings" and the "low-carbon economy," mainly for the following reasons:
　　① Building energy consumption has become the largest energy consumer in society, accounting for 46.7% of the country's total energy consumption, of which material and energy consumption in foundation engineering accounts for about 20–40% of the entire construction industry.
　　② There is much to be done in material and energy conservation and low-carbon emission reduction in building foundation engineering, and the key lies in changing concepts and technological innovation.
