On June 2, 2017, Beijing Zhongyan Dadi Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Yuanzhuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Tianjin, establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership and jointly committing to the development and construction of intelligent bicycle storage systems. Chairman Wang Lijian and Deputy General Manager Liu Guanglei of Zhongyan Dadi, along with their commercial and technical directors, and Chairman Xie Haiping, General Manager Ding Hongyi, and inventor Professor Yuan Mingwei of Yuanzhuo Technology attended the signing ceremony.
　　The two parties will leverage Zhongyan Dadi's technical advantages and general contracting experience in underground space development, and Yuanzhuo Technology's advantages in the R&D, production, installation, and maintenance of bicycle parking equipment, to carry out comprehensive and deepened strategic cooperation in the construction of intelligent bicycle parking garages. By complementing each other's strengths and integrating resources, and through a "system equipment + civil construction" model, they will jointly build the brand of "Intelligent Bicycle Storage System Development and Construction Service Provider" and actively explore multi-channel business models.
　　After the signing ceremony, personnel from both sides went together to Tianjin University of Technology and Education to fully discuss the upgrade and renovation of China's first intelligent three-dimensional bicycle garage system and its integration with shared bicycles. Subsequently, the two parties visited the production base of Tianjin Yuanzhuo Company, reached consensus on matters such as introducing new equipment production lines and optimizing the production personnel structure, and jointly formulated long-term and short-term cooperation plans.

By drawing on Zhongyan Parking's experience in investment, planning, construction, and operation in the field of intelligent three-dimensional automobile garages, they will jointly promote a new static transportation development model of "intelligent automobile parking garages + intelligent bicycle parking garages" and actively expand related industrial chains.
　　The intelligent three-dimensional bicycle storage system conforms to current trends such as green travel, land conservation, and environmental protection, and is the first of its kind in China. The system has applied for more than 50 national patents, possesses completely independent intellectual property rights, and fills a domestic gap. It features fully automated operation, fast and convenient use, a high degree of intelligence, flexible site selection, good aesthetics, and space savings. It can be flexibly installed above or below ground and is suitable for construction in bicycle-concentrated areas such as subway entrances and exits, bus hubs, commercial centers, hospitals, schools, and residential communities. It effectively solves the "last mile" connection problem in transportation, can reduce traffic congestion and environmental pollution, eliminates theft and loss, prevents disorderly parking of bicycles, greatly improves city appearance and urban management levels, and conforms to the green travel mode of "bicycle + public transport" strongly advocated by the government. The system has high bicycle retrieval and storage efficiency, with an average retrieval/storage time of 15 seconds and the fastest retrieval/storage time of only 8 seconds. It occupies a small area and has large storage capacity: the underground portion occupies only about 50 square meters, and the above-ground retrieval/storage entrance occupies only 8 square meters, yet it can store 288 bicycles, greatly improving the utilization rate of urban land resources. The two companies are jointly committed to promoting the use of this system, which will bring enormous social and economic benefits.
