Exhibition Introduction: The 24th (Beijing) International Building Decoration and Materials Expo 2017 (abbreviated as Build Décor National Exhibition Building Expo) is currently one of the three major building materials exhibitions in China. Exhibition Procedure

Step 1: Receive the exhibition materials "Invitation Letter, Exhibitor Application Form, Booth Layout" sent by the organizing committee to the exhibitor.

Step 2: The exhibitor fills out the "Exhibitor Application Form" and stamps it with the official seal, then faxes it to the organizing committee.

Step 3: After receiving the "Exhibitor Application Form," the organizing committee confirms the booth with the exhibitor and signs the "Exhibition Contract."

Step 4: Both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibitor pays the booth deposit within 1 working day, and the contract takes effect.

Step 5: Pay all remaining booth fees before December 30, 2016, and submit the company profile to the organizing committee.

Booth Configuration:

Standard Booth (9m2) includes:

(1) Three-sided panels, carpet, one inquiry desk, two folding chairs, three spotlights, one wastebasket, one 220V/5A power socket, and company fascia board [Chinese and English names and booth number];

(2) Venue, air conditioning, original building lighting, security, public area cleaning, and on-site management and services;

(3) Listing of basic exhibitor information and exhibit introduction in the exhibition catalogue.
