On February 13, Qu Hai, Secretary of the Yiyang Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Yiyang Municipal People's Congress of Hunan Province, reached a consensus with Liang Wengen, Chairman of Sany Group, in Beijing on Sany Group increasing its investment in Yiyang and deepening strategic cooperation.

At Sany Group's Beijing headquarters, Qu Hai and Sany Group Chairman Liang Wengen held in-depth discussions on the expansion and quality upgrading of Sany Zhongyang Company, the development of the military-civilian integration industry, the comprehensive development of Yiyang's wind power resources, and the development of the wind power equipment industry. Qu Hai said that in recent years, Yiyang has unswervingly implemented the strategy of connecting eastward and advancing eastward, fully integrated into Changsha as a national central city, and proactively integrated into the provincial capital Changsha's half-hour economic circle by promoting major transportation infrastructure projects such as the Changsha-Yiyang Expressway double line, the Changsha-Yiyang-Changde high-speed railway, the multiple-unit train service on the Shimen-Changsha Railway double line, and the Henglongqiao interchange on the Changsha-Changde Expressway, so as to better connect with and leverage Changsha's advantages in transportation, talent, and other areas and usher in unprecedented development opportunities. Based on Yiyang's resource endowments and industrial characteristics, Qu Hai believes that strategic cooperation between Yiyang and Sany Group has a solid foundation and broad space. Liang Wengen expressed strong affirmation of Yiyang's development environment and development momentum, showed great interest in the comprehensive development and utilization of Yiyang's wind power resources, the wind power equipment industry, and the development of the military-civilian integration industry, and said that the two sides will continue to deepen cooperation based on their respective resource advantages.

While in Beijing, Qu Hai and his delegation also visited the Department of Social Development and the Department of Basic Industries of the National Development and Reform Commission to communicate on the construction of leisure Yiyang, sports Yiyang, and healthy Yiyang as well as high-speed rail projects.
