目前，徐工液压件公司与恒天九五重工、安徽格瑞德成功签订协议，即将为这两家公司的8.5吨、21吨、23吨液压挖掘机提供批量配套。同时，徐工液压件公司与山重建机、福建晋工已达成了合作意向，拟于7月份对该公司的挖掘机油缸进行试用。通过对前期主机使用情况的跟踪，该公司挖掘机油缸的用户反馈情况非常好，最长使用寿命8000余小时，达到了国内一流甚至国际领先水平。
挖掘机油缸被称为油缸中的“皇冠”，是徐工液压件公司近年来重点开发的高精尖产品。由于工作时间长、工作环境恶劣、负载及变化频率大等技术难度，对于产品质量稳定性的要求极高，技术难度非常大。该公司开发的挖掘机油缸覆盖了从1.5—130吨所有机型，通过优化缓冲系统、焊接结构和密封间隙实现缓冲压力平稳、缓冲时间均匀、焊接可靠、密封使用寿命长。
