“本次大赛在保留传统的绕桩、钓鱼、宽货进窄门等实操项目的基础上，将各参赛单位赛前培训、笔试均纳入评比标准，在总分中分值各占10%，纠正了大家以实操为标杆、抛弃理论的错误观念，鼓励大家多学多思，在技术成熟的同时注重理论的跟进。”保税区工会负责人介绍，本次比赛一改只比技术不比理论的传统，得到积极响应。最终在80余家企业中选拔出30余家企业，推选出近百人参赛。在区内企业中形成了“培训、比武、提升”的良好风气。
